Kitty was amazing! I honestly couldn't have done it without her and her expertise. Kitty was always very responsive with any questions I had and made sure that any issues that arose were managed promptly. I had so many questions as a first-time home buyer, and she was there every step of the way to help. I had a lot of questions regarding a home warranty as the home I pursued was 50+ years old. She would walk me through that process along with any potential scenarios. Even after closing, Kitty would check in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Thanks again, Kitty!

David did an exceptional job under challenging circumstances. I had already moved to Minnesota when the house went up for sale; then COVID intervened, and we decided to undertake rather extensive work on the house after we had listed it and had an offer. David was an exceptional guide (he steered me to good contractors and repair people); he gave me good advice on pricing and re-pricing, and he kept me calm as we negotiated the unknowns of selling a house during COVID. He's honest and trustworthy and did whatever needed to be done, always with great heart. Now that we've sold the house, I miss our intense and interesting conversations and interactions.
