Kitty was always very responsive with any questions I had and made sure that any issues that arose were managed promptly. I had so many questions as a first-time home buyer, and she was there every step of the way to help. I had a lot of questions regarding a home warranty as the home I pursued was 50+ years old. David did an exceptional job under challenging circumstances. David was an exceptional guide (he steered me to good contractors and repair people); he gave me good advice on pricing and re-pricing, and he kept me calm as we negotiated the unknowns of selling a house during COVID. He's honest and trustworthy and did whatever needed to be done, always with great heart. Now that we've sold the house, I miss our intense and interesting conversations and interactions.
